| Dead Deals Buys Brokers Uncloseable Mortgage Deals & Leads
DeadDeals.net purchases qualified uncloseable mortgage deals & leads from mortgage brokers and loan officers throughout the state of Florida, for $200 and possibly $500 each, in an effort to feed their CashToolBox.com Program. The Cash Tool Box Program utilizes their own cash, Pre-Closing cash, to fix problems associated with a consumer mortgage loan application which are preventing a loan approval and closing. Hoskins said "Dead Deals is an entity whose shared vision is to help put cash back into the pockets of the industry-Mortgage Brokers, Realtors, Loan Officers, Credit Repair Companies, even Title Companies and Appraisal Firms-in these increasingly difficult times". We observed that the new company, through purchasing of leads from Mortgage Brokers and others in and around the mortgage industry, provides an opportunity for these professionals to make some money on a deal where previously there was no revenue.

Consumer Reports: Get rid of unwanted mail
Did you know that more than 53,000,000 trees are used each year to produce paper catalogs alone? Factor in junk mail and unsolicited credit-card offers, and the waste keeps growing. What few people realize is that you can opt out and choose not to receive catalogs in the mail. You can even end those seemingly endless credit-card solicitations. Consumer Reports' www.GreenerChoices.org says stopping the mailbox deluge is easier than you might think. The Direct Marketing Association, which includes companies that send you catalogs, must take you off of their mailing list if you sign up for their "mail preference service." That includes subscription offers sent by companies such as Consumer Reports. All it takes is $1 and a click of a mouse. You can go to www.DMAConsumers.org, then click on "remove my name from those lists." There, you'll find the one-page form you need to fill out to cut off the flow.

Andretti hasn't raced Indy since league split
Watching '99 CART champ Juan Montoya score an easy triumph at Indy last year also reinforced Michael's desire. "I'm almost 40 and I've missed out on it (Indy) the last five years," said Andretti, whose 40 wins rank him third on the all-time champ car list behind his father, Mario (54) and A.J. Foyt (67). "I want to win that race." Andretti is scheduled to meet with Motorola management this week to get their blessing (and possible associate sponsorship) but it's believed he's already secured a major sponsor for his Indy effort. Andretti will be joining Team Penske and defending CART champ Gil de Ferran and Helio Castroneves at the Speedway, along with defending champs Target/Ganassi Racing and rookies Bruno Junquiera and Nicolas Minanssian.
